I definitely wouldnt by a floor model from tractor supply. Got my safe, a Rhino kodiak for less than the Winchester on sale for five hundred from a Murdochs, still in the crate, and it had never had the battery installed or been used. They come from the factory with unlocked and powered down, so you just open it, grab the stuff from inside, and set it up fresh. Also, that safe with only 3 locking bolts on the opening side isn't very secure. There's much better options out there in the price range.

There is an old mine very similar to this one in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The name of it is Grand Junction. The entire mountain is quartz and the got under it and sank a shaft around 980 feet. All that remains now is a gigantic hole on the strike but like you see here there are so many deep holes and sunken stopes that it is dangerous to be walking around up there. The main haulage addit had bat bars on it but you can gain access to the workings by dropping down the massive open stope. I'd never go in there. Maybe Canadian Frank or someone as nuts as him would. Not me though! Stay out stay alive. Watch your step 😊

as several have mentioned, you shouldn't unwind your rope/cable all the way. Unwind it until there are 4-5 loops left on the spool. get duct tape and wrap a couple of loops around your cable at the winch. This will let you know when you should stop unwinding the winch,.

Another company took it over and tried to reopen it and I don't know how well they did when after they did.

The cornucopia mine filled up with water is why they closed it in the first place.

I have the Fiery RED 3500 lb winch on my Yamaha Rhino SxS. I have used it several times with great success. I put my wireless remote in a zip lock bag to protect it.

There are many important points in your video. I'm amazed at the number of towers passed around over the years and I've known of many that sat unused on their sides in contact with soil along a fence line or behind a structure. Some were there so long, 3+ inch diameter volunteer trees had grown through them along with being vine covered. Without knowing a tower's history, in service and/or in storage, I consider these like acquiring someone else's used safety harness...just no thank you.

Well you did buy a cheap safe in a box store. I have one but atleast it has a steel plate door. The body is 12 gage (.107") weight empty 500lbs. It's a step better than that but not a whole lot. That one is probably 14 gage (.074") most are now. I use mine for guns but I'm looking for a,T-30

Beware beware beware. Got a few so called lightning arrestors that had no gas tubes inside just a couple small screws on the sides. No protection at all. Got ones with flush screws and some labeled 230v with big bulging screws. Tested them with a 0-230v supply with a 20k protection resistor. Big surprise. The flush screw ones were 230v rather than 90v advertised so checked the tubes. Yep 2r230's. Some sold at 90v had 230v tubes. The ones with big screws have double gas tubes rated at 230v but the tubes are meant for a center ground so 460v end to end. Bad news for most radios. So far only 1 of 8 have had what they were sold as. Beware the big bulging screw ones and check the small inset screw ones.

Wow buddy that was cool. Was that the first time the Xterra was in a video. Pretty sweet ride but i don't remember seeing it before. I'm sorry I'm full of questions but did I miss what radio you were using ? Oh and changing to a better battery would be great but for you a power station would be great. They have all the power outlets on them that you would need and there very portable. Just don't make the mistake and get a cheap one. Ok Jack will be looking forward to your next video.

Spend the money, do it once cry once, Do it right the first time. 90% of a good station starts with good antennas, good feedlines, support structures(towers) and great ground.

Bought this one on sale for organizing/overflow and ammo storage, it is nice for what it is. I wouldn't really call it a safe. No issues Protip: If you're not buying a safe new in the box make sure you get the code from the seller and are able to open it before you leave 🤣🤣🤣
